Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you could request to return within 30 days you received your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact our CS. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you instructions on how and where to send your package and you will need to send the items back to us with tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your products upon order received and contact us immediately if it includes any defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make the proper action.

 

Exchanges & Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the return was accepted or not. If the return is accepted, you could choose either Exchanges or Refunds

For exchange, we will create a new order in your account for the exchanged item(s). If the exchanged item(s) is/are out of stock, we will issue you a refund. The exchanged item(s) will only be sent to the original address. 

For refunds,  refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. If the return is accepted, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Promotion

Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable.

With regard to refund of purchases involving coupons, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon amount. Coupons will not be re-issued.

Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange or refund.
