Heated Knee Brace gets 3 temperature modes from 113℉/45℃ up to 158℉/70℃, and it can be powered by both AC Adaptor and USB portable power bank to serve the different level of treatment requirement and satisfy your personal preferences. A built-in mesh pocket located at the inner layer can be a cool pad holder that assists you with the Cold Therapy.
With the Velcro wrapping design, the Heated Knee Brace can form different shapes which are suitable to use on various joints of the body such as the Knee, Elbow, and Ankle.

Caution:
- Heated Knee Brace can generate heat up to 75℃. Do not attach directly to Skin while Heated Knee Brace powered by the AC adaptor.
- Temperature indication at red (High), White (Medium), and Blue (Low)
- Only US and EU type selection is available for the adaptor. UK plug type countries can use plug adaptors (not included in the order) to drive the AC adaptor or use the USB power cable to power up the Heated Knee Brace.
- Portable Power Bank is not included in the order.
- The cool pad is not included in the order.
- Do not wash the Heated Knee Brace

Does Heat Therapy is suitable for all kinds of joint pain?
Heat Therapy is suitable for most of the joint pain; however, if the joint is inflamed, swollen or bruised, Heat Therapy is not suitable, and it suggests using Cold Therapy instead until the swelling or inflammation is reduced.
What temperature setting should I use for the Heat Therapy?
The ideal setting for Heat Therapy should be warm but not hot, and it shouldn’t be painful or burn the skin. Besides, effective heat therapy provides a constant temperature for an extended time. Therefore, it is recommended to set the temperature model at Blue (45℃) or White (55℃) during Heat Therapy, and the Red mode (65℃) is used for the first 5 to 10 minutes only for the warm-up section.
How long should the Heat Therapy apply for the Knee Joint Pain?
Effective heat therapy provides a constant temperature for an extended time so that the heat energy could transfer from the skin to inside the joint. Therefore, it is recommended to set the temperature mode at Blue (45℃) or White (55℃) during Heat Therapy, and each period should be around 30 minutes. If the joint feels too hot during the Therapy, you should shift to the lower temperature mode to avoid skin burning.
