Order

How to place an order? Do I need to register an account?

Placing an order is simple! Just follow these easy steps.

  1. Select your favorite product and variable(s) (if applicable), such as size, plug, colour, etc. on the product page. 
  2. Click ‘ADD TO CART
  3. You can either continue shopping or if you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the bag icon on the top right corner and click ‘CHECKOUT‘.
  4. At the Checkout page, please fill up your shipping/billing information and select your preferred payment mode
  5. Before clicking on ‘PLACE ORDER‘, be sure to review your order as highlighted below:
    • Confirm your delivery address and payment method
    • Apply Coupon code (if any) 
    • Confirm Grand Total Amount
  1. After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email including your order details. It’s that simple!

We offer Guest Checkout which means creating an account is optional for shopping on Posture Art. Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you provide during Guest Checkout. However, you could enjoy a more convenient shopping experience if you are a registered user. The following features are ONLY offered to registered users.

    • Receiving the latest promotion of Posture Art
    • Organizing your order history 
    • Save address and payment methods for fast checkout

You are welcome to contact us anytime if you need assistance during ordering. 

If I check out as a guest, could I find back my order history in MY ACCOUNT if I register later on?

Yes. Please contact our CS and we will help you to associate your order with your account. You just need to provide us your order number and membership number, and you could find your order number from the order confirmation email and your member number from the MY ACCOUNT section.

What should I do if I wrongly input the email address during checkout?

For registered users, simply edit your email address in your MY ACCOUNT section (MY ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT DETAILS > EMAIL ADDRESS). Your order updates will be sent to the updated email address. 

For guest checkout, please contact our CS. We will help you to edit the email address. 

As the confirmation email and order-related communication will be sent to your registered email or the email address you provided during Guest Checkout, please make sure the correct email is provided.

Could I change my delivery address after placing an order?

In order to let you get your product in the shortest time, we will process your order as soon as possible.

So, if you have found that you have made a mistake with your address, please contact our CS immediately and we might be able to tweak your order for you.

However, once the order status is changed to Waiting Shipment, delivery information is not amenable.

Can I send the order to different addresses?

You may sometimes need to send your product to a different address, such as sending a gift to your friend. You are welcome to do so in Posture Art.

By checking the “Ship to a different address?” box during checkout, you could see the shipping address section that you could fill in with the address you want your order to be sent. 

What does the different order status mean?

In the process of handling your order, your order goes through a series of stages. Here’s a quick guide to easily decode the order statuses you see in the email or in MY ACCOUNT.

STATUS MEANING

Processing – we have received your payment and start processing your order
Waiting shipment – your order is ready and scheduled for delivery
Shipping – your order is on the way to your shipping address
Completed – your order is delivered

Refund requested – we have received your refund request and start processing
Refunded – we have processed the refund to your original payment method

Where could I find my order status and past order record?

If you check out as a registered user, you could log in to your account (MY ACCOUNT > ORDER) to check your order status and history. 

If you use Guest Checkout when placing your order, order updates will be sent to your email associated with that order.

What methods can I use to pay?

One of the great things about shopping on Posture Art is that we offer you a diverse selection of payment options!

You could purchase your orders using any of the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners and Discover)
  • Paypal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
Where could I find the receipt of my order?

The receipt is include in the order completed email which will be sent after we confirm your product is delivered to you.

How to use coupon code?

You could apply the coupon code on the Cart page or Checkout page to enjoy a discount for your shopping. 

In the cart page, you could find the field of Coupon below the Checkout Button. Fill in your Coupon code, and press Apply Coupon. The order total will deduct the discount rate, and you are ready to check out by pressing the Process to Checkout.

You could also apply the coupon code on the Checkout page. Click “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”  located on the top of your billing details, enter the code, press Apply Coupon to enjoy the discount.

Please double-check if your coupon code is successfully applied before proceeding payment as you will not be able to use the Coupon code
after the transaction is done.

Can I pay cash on delivery for my order?

Sorry. We don’t accept cash on delivery. 

Delivery

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As we source items from different places, delivery times may vary. Usually, you will receive your products by 7-21 business days. However, it may take longer due to high demand or an unpredictable delay due to customs clearance.

I have ordered multiple items. Why I only receive one part of my order?

Two reasons may cause shipping in separate packages and arrive on different days.

  1. Different products could vary in lead times due to product supply, so we may prioritise parts of your order and ship them separately.
  2. Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses. 

If it is the case, we will notify you via email and indicate the items you will be receiving in each delivery.

Will you ship to my country?

We try our hardest to provide worldwide shipping to reach all corners of the world, and may send orders from the global warehouse thought international package delivery. Hence, it may require clearance through customs, which can cause an unpredictable delay, and additional taxes may be applied. For further information about customs clearance & taxes, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery
Policy under the Terms of Service.

If there are any shipping restrictions for your delivery address, you see this at the time of purchase.

How to track my order?

You could follow the instruction on track my order page to know more about the delivery status of your orders.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order status changed to shipping

Exchange & Refund/ Return

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

We are so sorry to provide you with an unpleasant shopping experience. Please contact our CS and provide the following details: 

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Product Name
  4. Picture or videos of the incorrect or defective item
What does 30-days free return mean?

Don’t think your order is right for you anymore? No worry! Posture Art offers a 30 days free return guaranteed which means you could request to return within 30 days you received your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our CS. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package and you will need to send the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If my refund request is accepted, how will I get my refund?

For approved refunds, refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please be reminded that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

COVID-19

Can I place an order? Will Posture Art deliver my parcel?

Yes, Posture Art continues to serve customers and provide a safe shopping environment and home delivery. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions.

Are delivery times affected?

Our team is working to ensure we can continue to deliver at the fastest time possible. However, due to the current challenge that we are currently facing, this may delay the delivery of the orders compared to our usual timelines. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item. We appreciate your support and patience.

What's the status of my order and delivery?

You could follow the instruction on track your order page to know more about the delivery status of your orders.

Is it possible to return items?

Yes, as usual, you can return items under our return policy guidelines. Please contact our CS and provide the following details: 

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Product Name
  4. Picture or videos of the incorrect or defective item

But the overall return process may be delay due to the current challenge are currently facing. We appreciate your support and patience.

Is it safe to receive orders?

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is low, according to the World Health Organization. As a result, shopping online on companies like Posture Art, is a safer option – as it allows customers to avoid busy markets, malls or supermarkets.
